Durham Habitat constructed these two single family homes in Durham’s vibrant and historic West End neighborhood.

The land where these homes now sit had been unoccupied for many years and was purchased from Self Help Credit Union. Thanks to the support of the Durham community, two more families have the opportunity to become homeowners.
